This class is for performing artists and presenters who wish to continue and deepen their use of the Alexander Technique in their artistic process -- and life!
It’s for anyone who has completed an introductory study of the foundations of Alexander Technique. Bring your curiosity about how to build a practice and integrate this work into daily life, so that you’re ready for challenges and high-level performance.
This is a small group - 5 of us in the room - so plenty of feedback and hands-on guidance from the teacher.
