I believe in the power of group learning. Group teaching is much more than a optional teaching format, it is at the core of my approach and one of the most effective ways to prioritize the agency of my students in the learning process. 

  • Do you feel as comfortable and effective teaching group classes as you do teaching your private students? 

  • Or, do you worry that you are leaving people behind if you don’t give them enough hands-on attention? 

  • Group classes allow us to bring Alexander Technique to more people, but how do we ensure that these classes offer meaningful experiences to individuals in the group – are we picking up on and speaking to their varying needs?

In this class, we will delve into pragmatic experiential learning as a practical, and creative, way to explore embodiment of AT principles. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to create a learning environment that prioritizes a sense of agency in your students, where all can feel welcome.
